Mary Ann Hoye of Santa Clarita and Charles Browning of Moorpark are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Brittany Browning to Branden Bender of Canyon Country.

The bride-elect is the sister of Jimmy, Kyle and Alyssa. She was born in Mission Hills and attended William S. Hart High School in Newhall. She is employed at Jonstone Supply.

The groom-elect is the son of Brian and Penny Bender of Canyon Country. He is the brother of Brittney Bender of Canyon Country.

He attended Canyon High School and is employed by Whitening Lightning.

The couple plan to be married in Malibu in the summer of 2012.
