What: The California Department of Transportation, Caltrans, closes Highway 14 freeway and Interstate 5 lanes, ramps and connectors as part of a $161 million project to construct carpool lanes and a direct carpool lane connector at the I-5 and Highway 14 freeway interchange.
When: Through Friday
Where/when: Highway 14: southbound Highway 14 truck connector to Interstate 5 northbound: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
