About 3:20 p.m. deputies and a paramedic squad responded to a call of a stabbing outside of the school.
Two boys, who declined to give their names, said they were waiting on Nadal Street across from Canyon High for a friend to come out of the school, when they said they were attacked by three people.
One of the young men said the trio ran down the hill and attacked them unprovoked before fleeing the scene. He said he did not recognize the three.
The two suffered minor injuries.
One boy said he was a student at Canyon High, while the other said he was a student at Mission View Public School.
