Mother’s Day means so much to me, because my mom loves me, I love her, and she takes care of me and has a lot of fun with me. She feeds me and makes sure I’m okay. She is the best mom in the whole world, and that’s what it means to me.

When I think of Mother’s Day, I think of the color pink, flowers and hearts. Mother’s Day is very important for all the mothers around the world. It makes them feel really, really special.
Kids should congratulate or honor their mothers for being the best.
Mothers help kids when they’re sick. They understand us, and they will help us with our problems. I love Mother’s Day, because all mothers all around the world can be honored.

Mother’s Day! Mother’s Day! What should I say? I know! Mother’s Day is all about your mom. On Mother’s Day, I make my mom a card, and it usually says that I love her very much (because I do love her very much) and it says that it is her day to shine.
Some things my friends do are: make their mom breakfast, give their mom money so she can go shopping with her friends or buy her shoes or a dress. Sometimes, I buy my mom perfume. The perfume smells so good that I ask Mom all the time if I could have some of her perfume. There are some things I get my mom for Mother’s Day.
The thing that you should tell your mom on the morning of Mother’s Day is “I love you!” That’s my advice for Mother’s Day. Hope you enjoyed reading my essay.

To me, Mother’s Day means a lot. It’s the day I give thanks to my mom and my grandmother. I give thanks to them by taking them out to eat. Sometimes, we don’t go out to eat. We make dinner.
We also give her a gift card or money so she can buy herself clothes or shoes. We usually watch movies and have a good time. That’s how I thank my mom and my grandmother. How do you thank your mom?

Mother’s Day to me means a time to appreciate what your mother has done for you and still does. They put a roof over your head, feed you and entertain you. They’re kind, loving and so much more. I make my mom breakfast, dinner and lunch. That’s what Mother’s Day means to me.

When I wake up, I take my dogs out and get my mom daisies. Then I make her breakfast in bed. We take her somewhere special.
What does Mother’s Day mean to me? To me, Mother’s Day means you be nice to her. No fighting with her or your brother or sister. Mother’s Day is a special day, because we award mothers with love and kindness. So that’s what Mother’s Day means to me.

What Mother’s Day means to me is showing your mother you care about her and you appreciate the things she does for you.
On Mother’s Day, my family does whatever my mom wants to do. Last year, we didn’t get to do that because my mom worked on Mother’s Day. So this year, I am determined to give my mom the best Mother’s Day ever.

It means that I get to spend time with my mom — away from my video games and TV — and doing what my mom wants to do.
I make her some breakfast, too, and watch her favorite movies. Now, it is time for bed and I wait until next year’s Mother’s Day. That is what Mother’s Day means.

On the day before Mother’s Day, we plan what we should do. First, we make pancakes for Mom in bed and let her watch the news. Second, we wait until 1 p.m. and then we take her to a restaurant.
We come home, make her ice cream and we watch America’s Funniest Home Videos. Then, we work on reports if I have any. Lastly, I go to sleep. That’s what Mother’s Day means to me.

Hi, I’m Lauryn. Mother’s Day means a lot to my mom, dad, and even me, because every morning on Mother’s Day my dad and I get up early and make breakfast. We make eggs, pancakes and sausages. Then we have to do all of her chores! Here is the part I really don’t like.
While we are doing all the work, she is at the spa all day! But secretly when my dad and I are all done with all the work, we just sit back and watch TV or just play. So that’s my opinion about Mother’s Day. No matter all the work, my dad and I have to do, we always make my mother happy. Happy Mother’s Day!

Mother’s Day, for me, means when you do things for your mom that she does for you. Like making food, going to places and taking care of her. This is what I would do.
I would take my mom to Denny’s or IHOP and take other friends too. Then we would all go to my house and help around the house. Afterward, my dad would make ribs and we would all eat together. Then they would leave and we would watch TV. Then the day is done.

Wow! Such a question. Well, Mother’s Day is a day that I want to do so much for my mom. I want to make her breakfast, clean her room and a lot more. Mother’s Day is a day to be nice and helpful to your mom.
Mother’s Day is a day to give all the help and love you could give to your mom because your mom deserves it. Nobody knows how much our moms work, and when I look at my mom she is always doing something. If I see my mom sitting, she only sits down for like one minute because she always says she has to be doing something.
I love my mom. She is my best friend and my mom. I always know that if I have something that I don’t tell my friends, I could always tell my mom. I never want to lose my mom. I love my mom. I’ll always be there for my mom and I know she’ll always be there for me. I think my mom for everything she has gave me and all the things she does for me.

Mother’s Day means that I have to treat my mom well and care for her. It also means that I have to make her breakfast. Then later I’ll buy her a gift. It is a day when my mom can rest and I have to solve my problems with my brothers. But the most important thing is to respect her.

What Mother’s Day means to me is about caring for your mother like buying her a present or giving her a hug, and taking her out to dinner or making her breakfast. And it will be a good time to make her a homemade gift.

I think Mother’s Day is mainly about spending time with your mom. But there is more to it. You can make cards and cool pictures and afterward you can even go to a favorite restaurant that your mom likes and watch plenty of movies.
You can also play board games with your mom. But my favorite thing about Mother’s Day is watching her open the presents. That, and going to arcades. I think Mother’s Day is also a good day for going to big places like Six Flags Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor, and maybe even going to another state! That is what I think Mother’s Day is about.

I think Mother’s Day means the day you honor your mom. I would clean up the house for my mom. I would make her breakfast in bed for her. We would make cards for her. That’s what I do on Mother’s Day.

I think of Mother’s Day as a time to relax and have fun with your mom and/or your grandmother. Of course, you have to get your mom a gift, but breakfast in bed would also work. I know that because of experience. So if it’s a homemade card to a golden necklace, your mother would love it because it came from you.

Mother’s Day means making your mom breakfast in bed and taking her to her favorite restaurant. But not just that, you get her a present. You tell her her hair is nice, even if it isn’t. Then you call grandma, and for me, my great-grandma. I have two great-grandmas and two grandmas. You also have to have good manners, like holding the door open for them. That’s what Mother’s Day means to me.

I think Mother’s Day is about having fun with your mom. Sure, I get her a couple of presents, but I mostly just relax and have an awesome time with my mom. I also get up really early and give my mom breakfast in bed. That’s what I do for Mother’s Day.

What does Mother’s Day mean to me? I think Mother’s Day means when you thank your mom for what she does, like when she cooks for you or when she cleans your clothes. I think it also means when she drops you off at school so you won’t be late. And when she buys you clothes and things you need. Well, that’s what I think Mother’s Day is all about.

Kamari Hilton

What does Mother’s Day mean to me? I think Mother’s Day means to support your mother for everything she’s done for you.

For Mother’s Day, I would bring her breakfast in bed and sometimes we would even go shopping together. Mother’s Day also means to me to love and care for your mom and appreciate your mom. That’s what Mother’s Day means to me.

Luna Morales
Grade 5
Live Oak Elementary School

What Mother’s Day means to me is a simple question. It means I give back to my mother what she does for me. I give my mom breakfast in bed because on my special day she makes breakfast for me. I give her a completely free day.

I do what she wants when she wants. There’s no ifs, ands or buts. Mother’s Day is a mommy day. Sometimes we go to my grandma’s house and celebrate it with Grandma, too. That’s what Mother’s Day means to me.
