With Valencia's top two singles players battling the flu, Valencia struggled for a while but held on to beat Hart on Thursday, 11-7.
Playing in the No. 1 singles slot, Thalia Wilczynski lost her first set against top Indians singles player Anne Susdorf, 2-6, before she was subbed out for Ashley Karzin, who lost 2-6, 4-6 to Shelly Sachdeva and Julie Lefko.
Isabella Fraczek won two of three, 6-0, 6-0 over Sachdeva and Lefko, but lost to Susdorf, 1-6. Shin Jae Kim at the No. 3 spot won two of three, 0-6, 7-5, 6-2.
In doubles play, Emily Fraczek and Amanda Jansson swept 6-1, 6-2, 6-1.
Clarice Fraczek and Max David also swept 6-2, 7-5, 6-0.
Vikings doubles players Chelsie Dietz and Andrea Zammit won one, 1-6, 6-7 tiebreak loss (7-4), 6-2.
Saugus downs Canyon
Emily Wilson swept all three of her sets as Saugus beat Canyon, 16-2.
Yumi Suh won two of her sets, 6-3, 6-1, and Kristina Cox won one set 6-1.
All three Centurion doubles teams swept their sets.
Canyon's sets were won by Nicole Smith, 7-6, 6-0.
