Regarding Ann Pfeifer's letter (Feb. 18, 2008): Thank you, Ann, for being the community gatekeeper for public virtue. I suppose next week you will tell us what books we should burn. Quite frankly, your suggestion that I contact CBS and complain about a show I haven't seen, based on your opinion, or the opinion of some Web site, concerns me just a little more than the content of "Dexter." Even Dexter deserves a trial by the jury of public opinion. In reality, Ann, people with your thought process frighten me more than "Dexter."
