The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority host a two-hour early-morning bird hike. Beginners are welcome, and bring binoculars. Program is free. Parking is $7.

Pediatric Cancer Challenge Walk

The Michael Hoefflin Foundation hosts its Pediatric Cancer Challenge Walk to benefit families and children affected by cancer. One-mile kids walk and three-mile adult walk. Walkers must raise or donate $25.
