California's Attorney General released a letter rebuking Los Angeles County's revised version of "One Valley, One Vision."

The plan as currently written does not adequately addresses a substantial increase in air pollution and does not fully disclose the environmental impacts of increased housing and urban sprawl outlined in the plan, the letter states.
