The city of Santa Clarita and the architecture firm designing the proposed Downtown Newhall Library will host a second workshop on the proposed library from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 30, The site is not determined. The community is invited to review and give additional comments on the conceptual site plan and architectural direction discussed at the first library workshop Aug. 20. “The workshops are a great opportunity for the community to help design a facility that will benefit the area.
