Locals learn to embrace the grind at Castaic Sports Complex

Local skateboard enthusiasts road-tested the new skate park at the Castaic Sports Complex on Tuesday.

The park, which cost approximately $15,000 to build, was the result of a more than two-year effort spearheaded by Castaic resident Lance Vaughn.
