The Master's College Sierra Goff has been named the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Student-Athlete of the Week after leading the Mustangs' women's soccer team to a pair of victories during the week of September 1-7.

Goff, a sophomore midfielder from Canyon Country, scored a career-high three goals in The Master's College 4-3 win over the University of La Verne on Sept. 2, including the game-tying tally with 11 minutes left to play.

On Sept. 6, she assisted on one goal as the Mustangs blanked Warner Pacific of Oregon 5-0.

Six matches into the 2008 season, Goff has a team-high five goals and is tied for the team lead with 11 points.
