A judge Monday delayed the arraignment hearing for Christopher, Ralph and Cynthia Rosas until next month, a district attorney's official said.

The court was supposed to arraign the trio Monday morning in San Fernando Superior Court for the February 2006 murder of Louis Alexander Campanelli.

The proceeding was delayed until Oct. 6, said Sandy Gibbons, Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office spokeswoman.

Christopher and Ralph Rosas were arrested for the murder of Campanelli in March 2006. Christopher Rosas and Campanelli were business partners in Mugsy's bar in Canyon Country.

But the brothers were released March 14, 2006, due to lack of evidence. At that time, investigators had looked at whether Cynthia Rosas, Christopher's wife, was involved, but they couldn't build a strong enough case to arrest her, said sheriff's Detective Steve Lankford.

All three were arrested last month and are facing first-degree murder charges, Gibbons said.
