Supervisors OK river storm channel repairs in Santa Clarita

$1 million project starts in May

LOS ANGELES COUNTY -- The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved access ramps and repair drop structures at the Santa Clara River South Fork in the city of Santa Clarita, according to Mayor Michael D. Antonovich.

With an estimated cost of $1,075,000, construction is expected to begin in May and be completed in September 2011.
