	Toy-drive donations ready for delivery

	The estimated 3,500 toys were donated at collection boxes located at schools and businesses throughout the Santa Clarita Valley, and will be presented to needy families in the area for the holidays by SCV Food Pantry.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Gregg Lewison helps carry bags of toys out of a storage unit at Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic on Thursday.
