Canyon High School history teacher and author Andrew Smith will sign copies of his new book, "Ghost Medicine," at 2 p.m. Saturday at Barnes & Noble in Valencia.

The young adult novel is about a group of teenage boys who live in California ranch country, and the adventures they have during one summer that changes their lives forever.
