The Santa Clarita Bruins, an alumni support group of the UCLA Alumni Association, has awarded six scholarships to UCLA-bound students from the Santa Clarita Valley.

This year's recipients of the Jonathan Negri Memorial Scholarship are Parisse Villalobos and Gytis Joga of Saugus High School; Samantha Tamashiro and Caitlin Dortch of Hart High School; Vincent Frias of Golden Valley High School; and Brian Springer of Canyon High School.
