Signal needs to provide readers with all facts

I seem to remember somewhere back in school that a newspaper article should include: who, what, where and when.

Too many of The Signal’s articles include two of the above, sometimes three, but rarely all four.

I read about a crash that occurs in front of Carl’s Jr. Which one?

A new medical facility in the eastern part of the SCV? An address or intersection would be nice.

I read about something that occurred over the weekend, but not what day.

Maybe The Signal should consider hiring a proofreader or editor to make sure articles actually include complete information.

I appreciate The Signal, but there is room for improvement.
