The Society will appear at The Repertory East Playhouse tonight, Friday, Oct. 29, at 8 p.m. "Prepare yourself to laugh," with family-friendly improvised music, comedy, scenes - the works. If you've seen "Whose Line is it Anyway," you have an idea of what kind of hilarious, energetic comedy team improv can be.

The Society boasts a cast of professional actors, writers, comedians and idiots. With prime time television roles to leading roles in motion pictures, the cast members have also performed at colleges and comedy clubs across the country, gathering an intense fan following.

Kirby Heyborne, a founding member of the group and a Santa Clarita resident, said, "We have been performing everywhere together now for almost a decade. And as the old adage goes, there really is no place like home. We love the Santa Clarita audience. They not only are the most intelligent audience, they generally smell better too." Adds Lincoln Hoppe, the other founding member and also a Santa Clarita resident, "The Repertory East Playhouse is our favorite theater to perform in. It's like the REP was made for improv groups and audiences to work together in a marriage of love, adventure and comedy - and the theater smells a lot better than other venues."

Join The Society for an evening of hilarity and laughs at The Repertory East Playhouse, 24266 Main Street, Newhall, CA. Tickets are $10 for students and $12 for adults and can be purchased at www.repeastplayhouse.org or by calling the REP box office at (661) 288-0000.
