To the Editor:

Regarding Gina Momary's letter about the coots (Feb. 7, 2008): Please protect the coots, but while you're at it, could you potty train them?

If you play golf and can't putt due to the coot poo, or they leave calling cards all over your beautifully kept grounds, you might understand.

They are wonders of nature when they are someplace that you DRIVE by.

You could, however, take them home with you to live in your pool.
