The lab serves patients needing physician-ordered blood work and most lab results are available to the physician the same or next day.
Free valet parking is also offered at the site.
"This location is much more accessible," said Jonathan Miller, director of laboratory and pathology services at Newhall Memorial. "The lab suite's outside door entrance is literally steps from the valet service drop-off, making it literally door-to-door."
The lab is located at 25775 McBean Parkway, Suite 102 of the Valencia Medical Office Building. It is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Patients who prefer Saturday hours can visit the hospital's outpatient lab at 23929 McBean Parkway, Building F, Suite 107 on the hospital campus. Saturday service at this location is available 8 a.m. to noon.
