The Small Business Development Center will host a seminar Aug. 18 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for restaurant owners on how to rethink, retool and redirect their restaurants.

Experts will discuss how to change and cut costs in the business's operations to become more efficient, while expanding a customer base.
