A power outage in Saugus will leave about 4,600 Southern California Edison customers without power until about 8 p.m., a utility spokeswoman said today.

The outage, caused by an equipment failure, affects residents along Seco Canyon Road between Hazel and Cypress streets and Foxwood Court, said Edison spokeswoman Anna Frutos-Sanchez.
