The Hart district governing board will decide today whether to hire a public relations firm to pump up the William S. Hart Union High School District's reputation in advance of the General Obligation Bond election scheduled for Nov. 4.

A vote will be taken on the matter after the board discusses advertising and soliciting for bids for public relations services to work closely with the bond consultant to create and implement a plan to inform the community of the various programs and achievements of the district.

If approved, the cost of the public relations firm will be paid from proceeds donated to the bond campaign fund.
