A 25-year-old Canyon Country man was being held on $46,000 bail Monday after deputies found brass knuckles, cocaine and an open beer container in his vehicle, authorities said.

Deputies stopped the man at about 8:48 a.m. Thursday because Victor Garcia failed to signal and his vehicle was straddling two traffic lanes at Soledad Canyon Road and Crossglade Avenue, Lt. Brenda Cambra of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station said in an e-mail.

Garcia told deputies that he did not have a driver’s license, and, when his vehicle was searched, authorities found a bag of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, brass knuckles and an open container of beer in his vehicle, Cambra said.

Garcia was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an open container of alcohol and driving without a license.
