Yabba-dabba-doing it on back-to-school night at North Park Elementary School are (from left): Wendy Powell, preschool teacher; Joy Goff, PTA membership chair; and DeAnna Waters, PTA parent volunteer.

Characters Betty Rubble and Wilma Flintstone of "The Flintstones" stopped by North Park Elementary School in Valencia for its annual back-to-school night on Thursday, Aug. 26, to encourage parents to "Yabba dabba DO it!" and join the school's PTA.

As you may have gathered, the theme for the school's membership drive this year is "The Flintstones."

If the school's PTA reaches its 100 percent membership goal, North Park Elementary principal Pete Bland will dress as Fred Flinstone for a day.

For more information about joining the North Park Elementary PTA, call Anna Stonefield, PTA president, at (661) 373-4593.
