Jeremy Bixler, 30, Valencia, was arrested for indecent exposure, public intoxication in a park, possessing alcohol in the park, and nudity in a park at Valencia Central Valley Park Wednesday afternoon, according to a report from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station.

Deputies Dubin and Jones responded to reports of an indecent exposure at the park, located in the 23600 block of Carrizo Drive in Valencia.

At the park several witnesses pointed out a man who was lying on the grass with his pants down and his body exposed.
The witnesses reported that the man had previously been rubbing himself in an indecent manner.

During the arrest, Bixler resisted by refusing to walk, dragging his feet on the ground, screaming profanities, and stating his objection to being arrested.

Deputies used pepper spray to subdue Bixler, who was also charged with resisting arrest.

Bixler was taken to the SCV Sheriff's Station, booked, and released on a promise to appear.
