Kriser’s Feeding Pets for Life leases retail space in Valencia

Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased 2,470 square feet of retail space at Valencia Crossroads to Kriser's Feeding Pets for Life, a Regency Centers spokesperson said today.

The tenant is slated to open for business in October.

Kriser's Feeding Pets for Life is located at 24120 Valencia Blvd., Valencia 91355. The organization specializes in the retail sale of natural organic pet food, pet accessories, grooming, adoptions and related domestic pet services.

Kriser's Feeding Pets for Life was represented by Don Pratt of R.L. Pratt and Associates and Regency Centers by Adam Fisher of Centerra Retail Group.

According to Aaron Keswick, Regency Centers' leasing agent, the 179,603 square foot shopping center is anchored by an 88,966 square foot Kohl's alongside national retailers such as Whole Foods, Corner Bakery and Starbucks.
