Craig Duswalt, founder of the RockStar System For Success, has joined forces with author Barbara DeAngelis, entrepreneur Tom Antion and actor Glenn Morshower to launch the C.A.R.E. Speakers Tour.
The C.A.R.E Speakers Tour was born in Los Angeles on March 21 during a panel discussion on stage at Duswalt’s RockStar Marketing BootCamp.
Tour will launch Aug. 5 in the Santa Clarita Valley then travel throughout the United States.
Duswalt, of Stevenson Ranch, is the former personal manager for Axl Rose of “Guns & Roses” and assistant to the band “Air Supply.”
“We all had such an incredible time, and we had great interaction with the audience, so we decided to put something together that could reach more people across America,” Duswalt said. “We each have something completely different to offer our audiences, yet we all have the same one vision — to help people achieve their dreams.”
The acronym, C.A.R.E., stands for celebrity, author, RockStar speaker and entrepreneur. The group’s tagline is, “We CARE For Your Business — and Your Heart.”
Morshower is regarded as one of the busiest character actors in Hollywood. He is best known for his role as Aaron Pierce on the FOX hit series “24.” His career has spanned 35 years. He has appeared in more than 150 films and television shows including: “The Men Who Stare at Goats,” “Good Night and Good Luck,” “Black Hawk Down,” “Air Force One,” “Hostage,” “Under Siege,” “All the King’s Men,” “Pearl Harbor,” “Transformers,” “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” and the upcoming “Transformers 3,” with recurring roles on “CSI,” “The West Wing” and “Friday Night Lights.”
“He is the most down-to-earth television and film star you will ever meet,” said Duswalt. “Most people simply can’t believe someone with his credentials could be such a sweet soul to every single person he meets.”
DeAngelis has written 14 books, four of which turned into New York Times No. 1 bestsellers.
“She is legendary in the field of personal transformation as one of the first people to popularize the idea of self-help in the 1980s,” said Duswalt. “She was the first female motivational teacher on television.”
Antion is an expert in Internet marketing for small business.
“He has never had a job,” said Duswalt. “He has been an entrepreneur his entire life starting his first advertising business at 10 years old.”
Duswalt said the C.A.R.E. Speakers Tour is a one-day event designed to inspire and motivate.
“This is a different kind of experience,” he said. “Unlike many seminars that simply get you excited, but give you no direction, this seminar will also give you immediately usable techniques to implement to improve your life and your financial situation.”
Duswalt toured with rock bands Air Supply and Guns & Roses for 8 years.
“I saw the kind of tactical success you can bring to your life by using the same kinds of techniques rock stars use to rise to prominence,” he said. “I show participants how you can become a rock star in your own niche.”
