I am responding to Don Gately’s letter of July 17. Our society was founded on traditional values. Those values are a foundation that holds us together.

When we deviate from those values (e.g., gay marriage), it puts a crack in that foundation. The next crack will be polygamous marriages because of the equal protection clause of the Constitution.

Following that will be the legalization of sex between adults and children. NAMBLA (The North American Man/Boy Love Association — see www.NAMBLA.org) is on a quest to legalize sex between men and boys.
