Thanks for the disclaimer

Regarding "Israel's flotilla massacre: made in the USA" (June 10): Thank goodness The Signal adds a disclaimer to the end of columns from contributing writers. Phyllis Bennis' superior intelligence conveniently didn't mention the flotilla knew full well Israel had a blockade in effect, and that Israel does its best to protect its country. But this gave her such a glorious opportunity to be indignant about the U.S. and shoot her mouth off about how bad we are.

She won't, of course, but I wish she would stay in Turkey and take out citizenship. We don't need her knuckleheaded accusations and rationalizing.

Where in the world do the editors find these miserable people? What's with these citizen nincompoops who seem able to blame the U.S. for every negative global incident? If they truly want improvements, they ought to come home and try to clean up the mess we have within our borders.

On second thought, I just as soon hope they stay where they are, and take out citizenship.
