I would like the public to know that it is getting a rough deal in the shipping and handling the post office is giving to the public.

When you purchase things from the catalog, you think you are getting a good buy. But you are not, because shipping and handling have gone up. In some cases, they are charging $7.99 to a certain amount.

I think the post office is really charging too much. I hope the public realizes this.
