Santa Clarita Valley-based country/folk/cowboy group Skeeter Mann and The Lost Canyon Rangers celebrate the release of their third CD, "Don't Ever Sell Your Saddle," with a benefit concert at Heads Up Therapy Center in Canyon Country Sunday, June 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The concert, which is free to attend, will benefit the nonprofit Heads Up by raising money to pay for horse feed and other expenses.

Skeeter Mann and The Lost Canyon Rangers have been nominated by the Academy of Western Artists for "Western Group/Duo of the Year" and Mann was nominated for "Male Vocalist of the Year" both this year and in 2006. They also won the Will Rogers Rising Star award in 2005.

The group also performed at the 2010 Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival on April 24-25.

Heads Up, established in 1986, provides therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults who are physically, mentally or emotionally impaired.

Heads Up Therapy Center is located at 15842 Iron Canyon Road, Canyon Country 91387.
