Two men were arrested Friday night after allegedly starting a fight at Friday’s restaurant in Valencia, according to Lt. Mark Hershey of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Around 1:45 a.m., Hershey said Alan Verdi and Bret Baker, both 26 and from the local area, threw a bottle towards a group of people at Friday’s, located at Westfield Valencia Town Center.

The alleged incident then let to a fist fight between the two men and restaurant guests, he said.

Responding deputies arrested Verdi and Baker, who were charged with assault.
