Hannah-Beth Jackson claims that she is running as a "representative of the people" and that Republicans have not represented the 19th Senate District well.

I haven't spoken with many in this district who believe they would be well represented by someone who supports increasing the already high tax burden we face as Californians and who supports the policies of the Democratic Party, which has taxed and spent us into a multibillion-dollar deficit.

She wears her "60 bills signed into law" as a badge of honor, but I ask, what sort of legislation gets you a 7 percent Chamber of Commerce rating, compared to Tony Strickland's 100 percent rating?

A good representative of the people understands the importance of local businesses on the economy and community.

Hannah-Beth Jackson also stated that public safety is a priority when she voted for early prisoner release and tried to undermine California's three strikes law while in the Assembly.

Tony Strickland has been tough on crime and is currently the Central Coast chair of the Safe Neighborhoods Act, which will appear on the ballot in November.

Don't be fooled by the campaign rhetoric. Tony Strickland is a far better choice for state senator and has my full support.
