Fifteenth annual Student Art Exhibition
What: The College of the Canyons Art Gallery hosts the 15th annual Student Art Exhibition, featuring an estimated 75 pieces of art created by students from the college’s art, graphics and multimedia design, photography and animation departments.
When: Through May 22, gallery is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Love and logic parenting
What: This seven-week series provides simple and practical techniques to help parents with kids of all ages. Caregivers will learn how to raise responsible children, learn how to have more fun in their role as a parent, and how to easily and immediately change their children’s behavior.

Placerita spring concert
What: Placerita Junior High School’s music department presents its annual spring concert, featuring the string orchestra and chorus.

What: The California Department of Transportation closes Highway 14 and Interstate 5 lanes, ramps and connectors as part of a $161-million improvement project to construct carpool lanes and a direct carpool lane connector at the I-5 and Highway 14 interchange.
