Local residents between the ages of 14 and 27 years old who are thinking about starting their own business can enroll in the Young Entrepreneur summer program, set to begin in July.
The four-week free course meets on Saturday mornings from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and teaches youngsters and young adults about the skills and resources they need to start a business.
The first course is scheduled for July 12 and will take place at the College of the Canyons Room X-8, located at 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road in Valencia.
