The Society will bring family-friendly improv-style comedy to the Repertory East Playhouse tonight only.

The Society improv group will return to the Repertory East Playhouse tonight, Friday, Feb. 26, at 8 p.m. The show will include family-friendly improvised music, comedy, scenes - the works. If you've seen "Whose Line is it Anyway" you have an idea of what kind of hilarious, energetic comedy that team improv can be.

The Society boasts a cast of professional actors, writers, comedians and self-described "idiots." Cast members have experience from prime time television roles to leading roles in motion pictures. They have performed at colleges and comedy clubs across the country, gathering an intense fan following.

Said Kirby Heyborne, a founding member of the group and Santa Clarita Valley resident, "We have been performing everywhere together now for almost a decade. And as the old adage goes, there really is no place like home. We love the Santa Clarita audience." Added Lincoln Hoppe, the other founding member and also a Santa Clarita Valley resident, "The Repertory East Playhouse is our favorite theater to perform in. It's like The REP was made for improv groups and audiences to work together in a marriage of love, adventure and comedy."

Join The Society for an evening of hilarity and laughs at The Repertory East Playhouse, 24266 Main Street, Newhall, CA tonight at 8 p.m.

Tickets are $10. For tickets and information call (661) 288-0000. Tickets are also available online at www.repeastplayhouse.org.
