Pining for the days of millionaires and moonshine

Have you noticed that our lifestyle is changing at a fast pace? Today's millionaires are nowhere near as well-off as yesterday's were.

Today's millionaires are living in upscale-built homes, have a mortgage and drive themselves to work every day. They are looking forward to the day their wife retires so they can "get out of Dodge," and possibly buy a few acres of land so they can grow their own food and have a windmill which generates power to pump their own water and supply the electrical needs.

Boy, those were the good old days. Every person on a farm knew where his next meal was coming from - just don't get ill ‘cause the animals still need feeding and water and the crops need to be harvested.

If you are real smart you should sell the old mare and convert the corn into gasoline or moonshine. I understand they can run vehicles on cooking oil now.

I wouldn't advise getting into the moonshine part of it. The Feds are still very active in these parts. I had one attack me last year.
