A fundraiser to benefit a Valencia man who became a double amputee and needs a handicap accessible van is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. tonight at a park in Valencia. Tim Howard, a 47-year old father of 8-year-old twin girls, suffered a stroke on Thanksgiving Day and was released from the hospital this week.
