A fundraiser to benefit a Valencia man who became a double amputee and needs a handicap accessible van is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. tonight at a park in Valencia. Tim Howard, a 47-year old father of 8-year-old twin girls, suffered a stroke on Thanksgiving Day and was released from the hospital this week. Tickets are $5 each and the fundraiser will feature a band, comedian and vendors at Chesebrough County Park in Valencia. For more information, contact Kami Carlson at (661) 305-7098.
