Girls sell baked goods for Haiti relief

A group of local friends from Valencia spent Jan. 16 raising $150 for the American Red Cross to help the victims of last Tuesday's 7.0 earthquake in Haiti.

Sofia Holzinger, Maloy Moore, Marianne Moore and Anna Holzinger organized a bake sale and raised $150 to help with relief efforts in Haiti.

Sofia and Marianne are 10 years old and are in the fifth-grade at Bridgeport Elementary School while Anna is 8 and is in the third grade. Maloy is 12 years old and attends Rio Norte Junior High School.
