Questions for senators

Dear senators Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinsltein: With the disclosure of deals made with a number of senators to vote for the national health care bill, it makes me curious about a lack of concern on your part.

For instance, Sen. Ben Nelson got Nebraska exemptions from insurance fees plus 100 percent federal payment for Medicaid ($100 million), according to the Senate Finance Committee.

Isn't that one example unconstitutional?

If so, shouldn't the Supreme Court get involved? If you don't agree, could you divulge what deal California got?
