How to handle infidelity?

This is in regards to the Tiger Woods situation.

As a single man in the 21st century, it is becoming harder to trust in these times. Infidelity has affected men, women and children of all ages and of all races.

It happens to regular people as well as celebrities or people who adults like myself and kids look up to and even consider role models (presidents, senators, congressmen, CEOs, actors, athletes, etc.).

Infidelity obviously has nothing to do with one's physical appearance. Whether you're handsome, beautiful, average or below average it can happen to you.

It also has nothing to do with time invested, whether it be 50 years together, 20 years, 10 years, five years, two years - it seems like it's only a matter of when its going to happen.

So what can we do about this epidemic called infidelity? Really and truly, there is nothing anyone can do. For the folks who are married, all they can do is hope for the best.

Single people like myself have two choices.

We could trust our friends or people who tell us never to get married, to remain single and free to mingle, living in sin for the rest of our lives; or we could trust in God to direct our paths and marry the person who He has planned for our life, and knock on wood or keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best, like all the wonderful married couples who live by the creed, until death do us part.

We all have tough decisions to make in life, but we should always, always do the right thing.
