Academy of the Canyons graduate Judith Hill, who most recently worked with the late Michael Jackson on his "This Is It" rehearsals, will host her first charity concert on Monday night, Dec. 14 at the historic El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles.

Hill, a 25-year-old rock/soul/funk singer, will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from her "HOPE: A Benefit for the People of Northwest Haiti" show to the Northwest Haiti Christian Mission.

If the 7:30 p.m. concert sells out, the ticket revenue will bring meals to more than 500,000 Haitians.

"The concert will mostly consist of my original music - a blend of different genres," Hill said. "I will perform a small Michael Jackson tribute, 'Heal the World,' and hope to raise awareness for the people of Northwest Haiti. Also, Cindy Braggs from En Vouge will join me on one song."

In the spring, Hill was chosen to perform and sing alongside Jackson on his final tour. When the King of Pop died suddenly last summer, Hill was thrust into the spotlight with her inspiring performances in the Jackson tribute movie "This Is It" and at his funeral, singing "Heal the World" in front of a worldwide television audience.

Pasadena-based clothing company Yellow, Black & White is the concert's sponsor.

Tickets -- $32 for floor seating and $42 for V.I.P. seating -- are available at

The El Rey Theatre is located on Los Angeles' Miracle Mile at 5515 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles 90036.
