Grace Praise plans symphony orchestra performance today
The Grace Praise Symphony Orchestra of Grace Baptist Church will host a performance, titled "The Killer B's," today from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the church's Worship Center. Admission is free. Guests will hear various compositions, including Barnum and Bailey's favorites and God Bless America, and will enjoy a feature appearance by the Saugus High School percussion section. The event will also include an "instrumental petting zoo" for kids to learn about different types of instruments.

Acclaimed pianist to perform tonight
Norman Krieger, an acclaimed pianist, will give a private recital tonight as part of Congregation Beth Shalom's Distinguished Performances Series. The recital is a VIP Patron event and will include a gala reception with the artist from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and a performance from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the special education programs for Congregation Beth Shalom's religious school.

Sunday music set at United Methodist
Sunday at 9:30 a.m., the Sanctuary of the Santa Clarita United Methodist Church will be filled with the music of seven different musical groups. At 8 a.m. and 10:45 a.m., Stan Fix will lead the discussion, "What is a human worth?" The Fellowship Band will participate at 10:45 a.m. Sunday school will be available at 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
