What qualifies Colley for water board?

This is an alert to all voters of the Newhall County Water District. Kathryn Colley is not, in my opinion, a viable candidate for director on the district board. She has shown no interest in the water district prior to this election and still does not attend any meetings, even during the campaign. She also did not show up for a candidate forum.

In her ballot statement, she does not state any qualifications indicating her capability or knowledge to manage a water district.

Colley's husband is on the Castaic Lake Water Agency board. CLWA has designs to acquire NCWD as it did the Santa Clarita Water Co. to create a local monopoly. I believe she is running for this office to accomplish this acquisition of your water district.

Her ballot statemeent is misleading as NCWD has uniquely managed to update its service and technology before any of the other local water companies, including CLWA. As far as water rates, check out the other three water retailers and you will see little difference in comparative rates. What are Mrs. Colley's qualifications to manage your water district?
