Deputies arrested three teenagers who allegedly tried to break into a Santa Clarita home before fleeing to Golden Valley High School, authorities said.

Deputies from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station arrested three teenage boys on suspicion of attempted burglary after they reportedly tried to open a locked door of a house in the 2600 block of Medici Court at about 10:31 a.m., said Sgt. Cortland Myers.

The suspects were ages 14, 15 and 16, said Lt. Tom Bryski.

After the owner saw the suspects through a window and called authorities, the suspects fled to Golden Valley High School where they were arrested, Myers said.
