Kulka one-sided

A note to Michael Kulka regarding his "Dierderich a ‘fear-mongerer'" letter to the editor in The Signal, Sept. 19): Although I am not familiar with the letter you were responding to by Matt Diederich ("Sulpizio a ‘rabid Democrat,'" The Signal, Sept. 13) I am going to jump in with my opinion on two issues.

Firstly, I notice you only mentioned Republicans in regards to authoritarians. You don't see this as even a little one-sided?
Secondly - and much, much worse - you mention the behavior at the summer town hall meetings.

It seems to me that if one disagrees with any Obama policy (and verbalize it) you are labeled, denigrated and marginalized.

And apparently not as equally entitled to First Amendment rights as are those who agree.

This is bad behavior in my opinion.

By the way, I heard from someone who was at the recent rally in D.C. - an estimated 75,000 people - who had to search for negative signs, there were so few. (Apparently the mainstream media has a lot of time on its hands.)

Also, it was reported by Washington, D.C., officials that after the rally, the area was virtually spotless (those darn authoritarian town hallers again), unlike other rallies held there (their words, not mine).
