GOP senators, governor should take responsibility

California’s Republican state senators are some sorry people and so is the Governor of California for cutting funding for the Domestic Violence Centers. Where are these victims supposed to go and get help now that the DV Center here in SCV is supposed to close, along with other (centers) elsewhere in California?

It’s very sad and hard to believe that Republican senators and the Governor are cutting the funding for the program. The woman and children and sometimes men go to these centers for help with the domestic violence that goes on in their daily lives, and now these high-powered people in the state cut the funding for the program.

I look at it this way: When a person dies from domestic violence or some seriously gets hurts, then the governor, or all those Republican Senators who voted against the bill to keep the DV Centers open and running, should also be tried with murder or be charged with the same crime the person who is doing the violence gets charged with.

These people are cutting funding because the crime is not being done to their loved ones and they just don’t give a crap what happens to these victims. They don’t have a heart because if they did, they would save the DV Center and the programs that are going to be cut, or might be cut, and save the life of a woman, child and/or man who is a victim.

Shame on you, Governor, and all you Republican senators for cutting the program.
