Federal agents have seized more than 14,000 marijuana plants growing outdoors in a remote area of the Angeles National Forest, officials said.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, said Drug Enforcement Agency spokesman Jose Martinez.

Agents partnered with Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies and U.S. Forest Service officials last Thursday to raid the growing operation, which was located near Bear Divide.
