Poole & Shaffery names Koegle firm’s newest partner

Poole & Shaffery, LLP announced today that Brian E. Koegle of the Valencia office has been named the firm's newest partner.

"Mr. Koegle has played a key role in the growth and success of our firm, and we are pleased to make this appointment," said co-founding partner David Poole.

"Our firm focuses on superior client service, and Mr. Koegle has demonstrated that same commitment during his five years with the firm," said co-founding partner John Shaffery.

Specializing in labor and employment law, Mr. Koegle provides counsel to employers in a large number of industries with regard to hiring practices, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, compensation, discipline and termination matters.

Mr. Koegle is admitted to the State Bar of California, and the Central District of the United States District Court. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and is a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association.

Further, Mr. Koegle currently serves on the Board of Directors for the SCV Youth Project, the Volunteer Resource Center of Santa Clarita Valley, the College of the Canyons Foundation, and is a member of the College of the Canyons Measure "M" Citizens' Oversight Committee. He is also an active member of JCI Santa Clarita Valley (Junior Chamber of Commerce), the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Valley Industrial Association of Santa Clarita.

Mr. Koegle is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Southwestern University School of Law, and resides with his wife and two children in Santa Clarita.
